3. Our Zero-Storage Policy

We DO NOT store your documents or any data extracted from them for any period of time. Documents are processed in real-time in memory, with results displayed only to you, and all data is immediately deleted afterward. There is no "30-day retention" – we don't retain your data at all.

4. How We Process Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Process your document during the active session only
• Generate the analysis you've requested
• Process your payment (via Stripe)

We DO NOT:

• Store your documents on our servers
• Use your documents to train our AI models
• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Build profiles about you or your organization
• Retain data after your session ends

5. Document Data Security

Your document security is our highest priority:

• Documents are processed in secure, volatile memory
• All connections are encrypted with TLS/SSL
• Documents are NEVER written to disk, databases, or any persistent storage
• After processing, all document data is immediately and permanently purged
• We maintain strict access controls and all processing happens in isolated environments

6. Data Sharing

We DO NOT share your document data with anyone. Period. The only exceptions are:

• Payment processor (Stripe) - receives only payment information, never your documents
• Legal requirements - in the extremely rare case of a valid court order

You maintain complete control over your data:

• Complete privacy - your data is never stored
• No need to request deletion - we don't keep anything to delete
• No data sharing - your information is never distributed
• Transparency - our processes are open and verifiable

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from children.
